Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name, the topic you select and your message. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, so we collect nothing else about your visit.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our own inbox through Cloudflare, which routes email for our domain. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it to train anything.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@beiondconsulting.com and we will action it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
